Is it possible to perform HU creation during Transfer Posting in EWM?

Hello,

I americium moving connected a script wherever my Storage benignant is HU managed.

Process : 

MIGO from S4 with 311 from SLOC A to SLOC B ,both EWM managed

Once received the the Transfer posting papers successful EWM>> make WT>>Confirm WT.

But arsenic my PUTAWAY retention Type is HU managed with HU instauration is not posible to make HU. strategy is giving error 

"no bin hunt possible. retention types/sections/bin types incomplete" 

Here my question is tin one perfrom HU instauration during the WT instauration utilizing PACKSPEC . one tried it but strategy is not creating immoderate HU.
