IBP No time data Error IBP Excel Add-In Log on

I person created PA by copying SAPIBP1 in Sample Model entity.

After activate the PA, I effort to log connected this PA by  Excel Addins.

But the beneath connection showed, truthful I tin not log connected IBP.

"No clip data. Ask your head to cheque the readying country configuration."

Any assistance would beryllium appreciated.
