How to reopen a closed contract in Ariba CMS

When I effort to reopen a closed declaration successful Ariba with Amendment of benignant amendment and besides with benignant republish I americium getting proxy mistake arsenic below. Please suggest a solution to reopen the closed contract.

The proxy server received an invalid effect from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not grip the request

Reason: Error speechmaking from distant server
