How to have Dynamic validity dates of Quota through TE

Can you delight assistance maine with beneath requirement. 

I could beryllium capable to make archetypal entry, but the 2nd introduction is adding the aforesaid Quota, caller quota is not generating with antithetic validity dates.

If Employee study 1003 - 8.50 hours of clip connected 07-10-2024 for 01-10-2024, Full time Compensatory Off (90) quota should beryllium generated with the validity from 02.10.2024 to 01.11.2024.

If Employee study 1004 - 4.25 hours of clip connected 07-10-2024 for 07-10-2024, Half time Compensatory Off (90) quota should beryllium generated with the validity from 08.10.2024 to 07.11.2024.
