Hero MotoCorp plans to summation its involvement successful Bangalore-based electrical 2-wheeler shaper Ather Energy to 41.9%.
Currently, Hero MotoCorp controls a 39.7% involvement successful the EV maker. The institution plans to get an further 2.2% involvement by infusing up to Rs 124 crore successful cash.
