Fix pegging does not work with std lots heuristics in ePPDS

I acceptable up hole pegging successful Advance readying presumption of MM02 for the products and ran std tons heuristics. But the orders are not getting fixed pegged to income orders request nor the planned orders of babelike request are getting fixed pegged to higher level planned orders

I americium utilizing ePPDS successful S4 strategy (1809)

Any thought to get this working?
