Day 1 - July 29, 2024
Morning workout : 3Miles Leslie Sansone walk
Breakfast: Oats + Mixed nuts (almonds, melon, sunflower, pumpkin, walnuts, fig) + chia seeds soaked overnight successful almond beverage and made into smoothie (Apprx ~30gms of protein)
Lunch: 1/4th cupful cooked brownish rice, Sambar and 2 eggs ~20gms of protein
Evening snack: 1 tiny vessel grapes and 4oz coffee
Dinner: Korean veggie pancake with wide assortment of veggies (grated carrot, cabbage, zucchini, onion, paneer, Ginger, chillies and made with 1tb spoon of Jowar flour and reddish atom flour) with pickle and Greek Yogurt Chaas (with pinch of cumin powder, 1 tb spoon Moringa leafage powder, 1 inch ginger, 1/4 portion of cucumber.
Evening workout : 45 mins Crossfit.
