Facing problem in multi - level variant configuration

We are implementing AVC Advanced variant configuration successful Flexible Packaging Industry successful which we person finished materials based connected antithetic structures. In Current example, FERT is operation of 3 films for example, FERT = PET + MPET + PE. I person assigned Class benignant 300 to FERT. There is besides HALB worldly successful BOM which is besides configurable. So, I person defined 4 Class items successful BOM. First 3 people items with 200 Class & past 1 with 300 Class for HALB

There are 3 (200 Type) Class defined. Each PET, MPET, PE materials person 200 Class assigned with characteristics MICRONS & DECAL on with values. For e.g., 

PET1 = 12 MICRONS, 915 DECAL

PET2 = 14 MICRONS, 920 DECAL

PET3 = 16 MICRONS, 915 DECAL

MPET1 = 14 MICRONS, 920 DECAL

MPET2 = 16 MICRONS, 915 DECAL

MPET3 = 20 MICRONS, 920 DECAL

PE1 = 14 MICRONS, 915 DECAL

PE2 = 16 MICRONS, 920 DECAL

PE3 = 20 MICRONS, 915 DECAL

PROBLEM: 

In the First level BOM of FERT, I americium utilizing 3 people types with (200) for components and 1 Class point K with Class 300 for Semi Finished (Configurable). It means I person further configurable worldly successful First level BOM which one tin accidental It's MULTI - LEVEL Variant Configuration.

Semi-Finished Configurable Material Structure is PET + BOPP + PE. It means successful BOM of HALB we are utilizing Three classes i.e., PET (200), BOPP (200) and PE (200). We are utilizing 2 classes of benignant (300) i.e., One for FERT & One for HALB. Characteristics of “PET” & “PE” are communal successful some classes (300), but values tin beryllium antithetic for FERT & HALB. We privation to configure semi-finished independently, arsenic PET Microns & Decal utilized for FERT tin beryllium antithetic than Semi Finished BOM.

Upon Configuration of SEMI FINISHED, Material is being replaced with Class and incapable to clasp semi-finished materials.
