When receiving an inbound IDoc we are facing the mistake below:
Error - A due workflow explanation could not beryllium found.
Message no. APPappl_mm_comp_wfl028
In my lawsuit the PO is created, past approved with WF. After approval, IDoc is sent to exsternal strategy and ORDRSP is received backmost successful S/4, but present we are facing te beneath error.
I person already checked enactment 311167 and 2680572 but my lawsuit is different. For example, if we alteration the aforesaid PO manually, it volition retrigger the WF and spell for approval.
So we are facing the mistake adjacent with a valid WF, but lone successful lawsuit of inbound IDoc for ORDRSP.
By the way, we deactivated the 'Automatic Release of Purchase Order' arsenic was not needed.
Please assistance maine undestand what we are missing.
