CMR details not visible in My Inbox app

When the recognition memo petition approver is accessing My Inbox to o.k. the CMR, helium is not capable to spot the details connected the screen. This is happening lone for 1 user. We besides tried replicating with his trial ID successful trial system, but it was moving fine.

Please help.
