Can we update batch characters to the batch while GR by using custom characters

I created a caller quality and assigned it to the people and past to the worldly master. 

Here I would similar to update the ECN fig to Batch portion doing GR. I tried the array sanction and tract sanction successful characters. But its not working. 
How to find the tables, Fields which volition update the people characters of batch.
