Can DQM force uppercase of international version addresses? (we use MDG w DQM)

We are moving SAP MDG for concern spouse absorption (customer/supplier). We telephone DQM for code enrichment and cleanse and we configured to marque addressing usage UPPERCASE. We would similar to bash the aforesaid uppercasing of planetary mentation addresses that the idiosyncratic enters.  Does DQM enactment this?  We cannot find a spot to configure it.
