Automating HU Type Conversion During Replenishment with Packspec in SAP EWM

in our warehouse, retention benignant A is designated for HUs with e.g. HU benignant Z999 (pallets).

During replenishment from retention benignant A to retention benignant B, we brushwood an contented due to the fact that HU benignant Z999 is not permitted successful retention benignant B. So the replenishment is not possible.
And we cannot alteration the HU benignant successful retention benignant A unfortunately. So it has to beryllium Z999.

Our existent process involves manually moving (stock transfer) the pallet with HU benignant Z999 to a workstation utilizing transaction /SCWM/ADHU.

At this workstation, we manually repackage the items from the Z999 pallet to the required HU benignant utilizing transaction /SCWM/PACK. After repackaging, we make a warehouse task from retention benignant C to retention benignant B again utilizing /SCWM/ADHU. 

Has anyone an thought however to instrumentality an automating packagining for this e.g. successful /SCWM/PACK? That we dont person to battalion the worldly manually from HU benignant Z999 to our required hu type? We bash not person S/4HANA.

I tried it  with a packspec, but it doesnt work. Do you person an thought why? Can we find the packspec with an /scwm/adhu created warehouse task?
