Anyone Know About Ovarian Cyst?

Recently with my vaginal ultrasound scan, I got to cognize that I person cyst connected the near ovary. Don't cognize if it gets resolved oregon trim connected its own. This scan was taken successful March successful India and doc ( not obgyn though)said I tin hold and watch.

This is the scan result:
Uterus
Measures 6.5x5.8x3.6 cm and shows mean endometrial and myometrial echoes.
EMT -6.4mm
Right ovary measures 2.9x2.3cm
Left ovary measures 6.8x3.3 cm. A unilocular cyst measuring 5.5*3.3 cm is noted successful the Left ovary.
No grounds of coagulated component/vascularity.

Does this look abnormal? Do I request to look into surgery? Any different non surgical attraction helps this?

My tummy is precise large and feels precise heavy. I look similar 8 months large and person a large belly. I noticed this alteration successful the belly 3-4 weeks ago.
